Jim, it doesn't sound like you think it's a conspiracy to lower the standard of living in the US, it sounds like you think it's a conspiracy for profit. Which is totally different from what she said.

My point was that she's nuts for thinking that the rest of the world is making this up to lower my and your standard of living. And your statement did NOT agree with that point.
