But there's only so outraged I could have been over a less than brutal, and certainly non-fatal abuse of power by the police, especially considering the guy did everything he could to bring it on himself. THIS, on the other hand, was an execution. Its the direct result of hiring guys that didn't have the credentials to become gym teachers so they took jobs as cops instead.
