You may want to think about bringing a civil suit against the bar since they locked the door on you. You'll have a hell of a problem getting witnesses though.
If you can get anyone's name from the police report (which you are entitled to a copy of) sue them too.

yeah man it blows. They are a tight knit group since it is really a club bar, so the only real witness worth a hoot is my brother. I didn't get charged with anything as far as the cops are concerned, but I beleive my brother is beyond fucked on that one.
