I've been in similar situations. Any lawyer worth half a shit will get the charges thrown out. You weren't charged with assaulting the cop right? Assault on a police officer will get you screwed over, even if it a bullshit charge. You may want to think about bringing a civil suit against the bar since they locked the door on you. You'll have a hell of a problem getting witnesses though. If you can get anyone's name from the police report (which you are entitled to a copy of) sue them too.
