By the end of the movie, a good fourth of the theatre had either A. started crying B. left or C. done both at the same time. the movie was visually intense which i could understand people leaving for, but why leave me with middle aged men and women sitting down the aisle from me bawling? why go to a movie like this if you KNOW it's going to upset you, and WHY do you still stick around to disrupt the rest of the audience with your futile crys of "this is horrible", "how dare he", "shamefull...", blahblahblahblah. overall, i enjoyed the movie. the acting was alright, and the makeup work was astounding. haha, hide your kids eyes during the scourging scene.
