I know its a shitty american way to ruin foods, but I put ketchup on lots of things. Granted I love a good spicy mustard or horseradish related sauce, ketchup is the go to guy. When I worked in a kitchen my boss would get so pissed when he'd make me an omelette and I'd squirt on the ketchup. My dads polish aunts would make this horseradish paste with beets I believe. Ever tried this? We put it on roast beef and its hot as shit. Hot foods should have their own thread.
