pp ps fag... everyBODY's differnet. all you're doing is burning muscle tissue if you do both (running and lifting) in one day. if you have the TIME in your schedule per week, you should try to alternate cardio and muscle building in between days. muscles need rest, your heart is a muscle too. also you should try to lift between a half an hour to an hour everytime you lift. anymore than that, you're burning muscle.
if you don't have TIME in your schedule, than sure, you can do both in a day but don't over do it. and yeah, the elypto is a very good alternate to jogging/treadmill.
