It's part of the law system in this country that you're supposed to be read your rights and told why you're being arrested. None of that happened in the video. The guys just dragged the kid away from the podium and tasered him for no reason at all. The fact that he got charged with anything is bullshit. He wasn't armed, he didn't pose a threat to anybody, he got cuffed because someone decided they didn't like what he was saying. That's bullshit.
