The only time that ever happened to me was at a show where they decided to be super strict about the no re-entry policy and wouldnt let anyone leave to smoke. But that was just the claustrophobia and the knowing that i wouldn't have been able to smoke if i wanted to. I normally don't even need to smoke at shows.
