This road is filled with construction. Follow 146 till the first exit (there isn't an exit sign or number, its right before the first overpass and where the highway opens up to two lanes). The exit is marked with an orange construction sign. Take a right off the exit. Go over the railroad tracks and take a left. Follow to the QVCC. Its about a mile down on the right. you'll know the exit by 2 things. 1, the lanes shift to the left just before it, and 2, there is a small sign and exit for BP Lubricants right before the exit you are supposed to take for the QVCC.
