I've been roasting in the sun at work today, so I havn't had a chance to read this in addition to the fact that all of this is almost too much to read in my current fatigued state. Not that I have to respond to any one particular comment because I'm pretty sure everyone here knows where I stand. All I have to say- like I've said 1,000's of times before, regarding the torture of others is that if you think what went down at gitmo and abu garib is torture then you are a fucking pussy. I think any asshole who gripes about the 5 star gitmo resort and then turns a blind eye towards soldiers who were not only executed but FUCKING MUTILATED is a douche bag and obviously has a such a deep hatred for the U.S. and the Military that it has officially corrupted their logic to such a degree that the damage is almost irreversible. JoshBSV hit the nail on the head - War is Hell! - that being said, why in fucks sake do good men who see this hell daily get put up on murder charges? If thats the case, why doesn't the Department of Defense review old WWII footage from Iwo Jima and arrest those soldiers who fucking torched the japs with a flame throwers as they hopelessly ran out of their caves?
