Free speech is NOT absolute. You learn that in Intro to Politics 101. For instance, the example often used to portrey the 'limits' (if you will) on Free Speech is that you cannot yell "FIRE" in a crowded theatre if there is no such threat.
This kid is a fucking moron and all threats like that should be taken seriously. Was the kid gonna do it? Odds are, probably fucking NOT, however, the actions that were taken after he wrote the paper can be blamed on these two assholes:



yeah, we should take a school paper that a 7th grader wrote as a serious threat to Bush and the corporations he mentioned..I'm sure the kid is part of huge terrorist organization and has some nukes, snipers, and tanks just waiting to roll on his command...it's a fucking paper, if anything it's a fantasy.
