ok, seth (hekseri/ex-ascendancy) knows most of the story if you want to ask him. it was his friend's gf.

this is what I've gathered and is not said factually so I can't be held for liable.
basically, it was statutory rape (16yo)/date rape, but could probably be considered rape. something about drugs and tying her to a tree.. I think there was cutting involved too.
I forget what is fact there and what is fiction...

and from what I heard there is no warrent for him, but he thinks that if the cops is deicide or his name, they will come looking for him.

also, glenn was more of a guest in the band. some fld up sit went down about him and tony/dave. ask dave about it.
