Hehe. I'm sure Carcass regrets the fact they didn't consult you for career choices on the musical direction of their own band.

They should've consulted someone, anyone, besides who they did consult because they got some really bad fucking advice. I can imagine Carcass sitting in Columbia's offices listening to hours of "Hey, it worked for Metallica, it'll work for you" and them getting blinded by the dollar signs. If they'd lasted another album afer Swansong they would've had short hair and makeup like Load.
Every band that Walker is ragging on was more successful than Carcass. He just sounds bitter that he fucked up his career.

I suppose I should cut some of you some slack. Hearing Heartwork as your introduction to Carcass at age 17 in the late 90's is quite a bit different than waiting impatiently for the new album from one of your favorite bands to show up in the mail and when it does its a total fucking sell out.
