EVERYONE deserves a full trial. Rights should never be forfeit. Don't get me wrong, what these guys did is atrocious to say the least, and I completely agree with you that "fair trials" aren't really "fair" anymore because of judicial bias, money-hungry lawyers, and just downright overall curruption. But everyone needs to be tried. We can't strip people of rights no matter what; the maintainence of our constitutional rights are the only things on which the fate of our country now appears to be hinged. I can't even imagine what would happen if people began to be stripped of these rights.



Fair is an illusion. It does not really exist. Fair in my eyes would be to bomb Guatamala until it did not exist...
