After the City and the Stars and the Sands of Mars, I figured I would start this. A lot of science and futurism youtubers reference this book. The best: this is that I finished HG Wells Time Machine and this book referenced it.

Dude, I fuckin' love this book. My dad was a huge golden age sci-fi guy, turned me onto these. All worth reading.
