Serious question for you aaron rev...how do you deal or do you just have to deal with drinks being throw or random shit that might destroy your gear. It must be frustrating and a bit worrisome at times having that literally right over shoulders.
*knock on wood* it hasn't been too much of an issue. A few splashes or drops of waters/fluids wipe off. I usually put my body in the way. Last night, I got 2 drinks smooshes into my back and dripped down into my shoes. That kind of sucked, but whatever.
Having to be on guard a lot is another reason why I don't drink at all while shooting. Random things will happen, but keeping your guard up while enjoying the music and shoot is much better than drinking at a show.
