Animosity--- there's a name I haven't heard in forever. Brad (ex-red chord) showed me Animosity one night when we were watching death live in LA back in like '04 or '05. i think the drummer was something like 14 or 15 when they recorded their first cd?

also- vehemence is already back so i'm not sure why that was included in the list. heard two of the new tracks on youtube via live videos. one was incredible, the other had some pedestrian breakdown in it that irritated me.

funny thing about animosity... their singer used to be militant straight edge, and now hes a stoner. their demo was the best thing they ever did. my old band played a show with them in 02.. no one gave a fuck. it was with Hoods at burnt ramen

Also, Vital Remains is one of the worst live bands i've ever seen. You could make a drinking game to the number of times they say the words "horns" or "satan" in between songs, and be wasted by the end of their shitty set.
