Is there any kind of point to these miniature though? Like, why not just make cult of CTHULU miniatures instead of cult of 'octopus god'? Just seems like cheap imitations you'd see immigrants buying their kids from wal-mart on xmas.

i guess you can supplment theses mins in exsiting games? i just paint for the most part. there is a game work shop store near the place i work at. kinda pricey but there selection is prime for warhammer shit.

Seems like most of their shit is for games that don't have minis otherwise (or at least games that don't have'em in 15mm, which most of their stuff seems to be). I know if I was running Aliens RPG, for example, I wouldn't wanna plonk down money for the original minis sets they put out (those are expensive as fuck on eBay, last time I looked).

yea thats why i freaked out over the "space demons" thats minis set is whicked rare and if you do find it some where there expensive as fuck and more than often if i do see them for sale there already painted. the eldritch horror is cool though i dont agree with trioxin the octopus people are kinda dumb. also did any one notice the pack of suviors from the zombie range? its def modled after the walking dead.... ricks in there as well as glen and dale lori and even carl hah. there is another cool sight i have been checking out for a bit called black cat bases. they have alot of cool shit.

also the first time i went into that game work shop store i was loling inside at the guy who worked there trying to upsell this kid on his 40K stuff he was trying to buy hhaahahaha i love geek shops. these kids who were playing the LOTR war game were calling my studded vest a "war vest" lol

i have most of the COC mins besides regular humans. i like to expand my collection cause like someone else said most of the time fan shit or second string places that do shit like this do it better. i also found that places like this are people who worked with alot of people who casted shit for D&D and other 80s war games and historical war games. shits a lost art man. im thank full people still waste there time on that shit and keep it alive when kids these days cna just go play skyrim or some stupid game on xbox
