There's some hipsterish band The Necks that do some ambient / jazz / something pieces that are not uncommon to go over an hour each. They're not terrible, but probably fags.

The longest song i've probably listened to in entirety is most likely Dopesmoker. I've attempted listening to some DevilDoll before, but I think I always got distracted and quit like ten minutes in. hehe
