Finished building a fence in my back yard. Went to Lowes and bought a new blade for my lawn mower. Drove to Methuen and visited my family at my mothers house. Came home and hosed down the inside of my gas grill. Productive weekend.

woke up in a tent in thornton NH, drove the length of the kancamagus highway into north conway, stopped into IME to shoot the shit, went to cathedral ledge, then drove to gorham for pizza and beer, then to pinkham notch to talk to some old co-workers....then back to thornton, by way of crawford and franconia notches to shoot my ar-15 and 1911, as well as my friends AK-74,went to livermore falls for epic rope swinging into a rather cold and swift pemigewasset river, then back to worcester.....drove 350 miles today.

sunday I smoked a 11lb brisket for 11.5 hours. cut down a few limbs with the pole saw. trimmed limbs with my buddies chainsaw. i also drank 18 beers and smoked 8 joints.

went to hampton beach today, first time i've been to the ocean in nearly a decade...i had so much fun i might just do it again tomorrow.

driving down main street in northampton blasting skrewdriver and seeing folks in ACLU shirts surveying people on the sidewalk might be the most fun i've had in a while.....

after an exhaustive search this morning for a spool of .035" flux cored stainless steel MIG welding wire, i decided it was time to go out to amherst and northampton again. i spent a few hours there, then on my way home stopped at the rock climbing gym in hadley to check that out and spent about 45 minutes bouldering. then as i was getting in my car to leave i got a phone call...and,well...i now have a job after being unemployed since december 30th. then i drove east again, picked my brother up from work and went to tornado ravaged brimfield state forest, and after a pretty gnarly buskwhack through a jungle of downed trees with these giant foam pads on our backs we did some more bouldering, then we went back to his place for pizza and beers....now i'm back in worcester.

yeah, it was my brothers bachelor party, i was anticipating about 20 people, so i ordered the keg, then everyone cancelled...so there was 4 of us.....we still managed to drink about half the keg in a single day, which is pretty impressive...we were already shit hammered by the time we started climbing.
