The person i know only has the modded xbox and didnt mod it himself, it is his friend who knows how to do it and what tools to use. I understand the procedure, im sort of wondering why its not more popular?

yea man its not too hard. you just have to know to open some stuff up and unlock it. look it up on google chernobyl, its pretty easy if you ask me.
