It was weird getting used to it but also kinda freeing. That's a good idea. You should definitely try to make it to the show we're having at our space on August 19.
i used to play bass in addition to doing vocals for my band, but i sucked at singing and playing at the same time, so i ditched the bass. i'm no bootsy, so it was no big loss. good lineup on that 8/19 show. i'll see if i can get out to that one.

SO this...I checked them out online a while back and wasn't into it at all. Was totally uninterested in seeing them at this show, going in. I ended up deciding to give them a shot and was glad I did, but it's the kind of music that, for me, only works live.
