its funny that you mentioned Devourment because we will be covering Babykiller friday and most likely saturday... you guys should hit up the Waltham show friday... and im surprised you guys like it
hahaha. yeah, the infamous Babykiller... its not gonna be the WHOLE song... after the second blast part when the drummer does that sick ass drum roll we are gonna go right into a song of ours.
i say good for you guys. you started a metal band that isn't mediocre and gay like alot of our local metal acts tend to be, and isn't afraid to be about breakdowns. it's brutal dancable stuff that doesn't touch on anything "metalcore" and doesn't resort to dumb shit like constant palm muted e chord breakdowns, clean vocals or anything emo. This is pure slam death and it makes my day. You're gonna catch a whole lot of shit from lots of people for not being a melodic metalcore band, and not leeching off the red chord, or unearth. but don't compromise for anyone.

yeah, I listened to is yesterday.it's pretty awesome.
Granted the recording quality could be better. I have a feeling that a little better recording would make the vocals sound thicker.
Some of the drumming reminds me of Damaged meets iRANACH while the vocals sound sick like devourment.
Feb 1st will be fun.
hopefully, I get a CD for my radio show.
