i still don't understand why people get mad at other people responding to trolls.

seriously, why? I mean, let's say a troll posts a thread, and i respond to it. The thread doesn't make it any harder for people that aren't interested to get to the threads that THEY deem worthy. They aren't FORCED to read them, and they absolutely aren't forced to post in them... but they do. a lot. They always feel the compulsion to let people know that THEY shouldn't respond either. Which is a little weird.

I think it's because Rev can't delete the posts/threads, so it's just a useless thread on the forum.

when it's not obviously a troll, you can't really get pissed at people for responding.
