Rusty is here and dave is pretty much a rusty speed bump. I'm afraid when crippling fear plays that rusty will charge right in to the bar and hurt himself. Oh now.

Forest of remorse were pretty good. Though their practice aps weren't cutting I for the midway so the vocals drowned out the guitars/bass. They did a cover of a hail of bullets song, but the best this about hail of bullets is martin's voice and since the singers voals weren't aything like that, I quickly forgot they were covering hail.

Crippling fear is marriage ginger grind. Their equipment had a lot more balls than the first band so it worked a lot better.

Should I head to this?

And what Rusty said. I was EXHAUSTED, went to bed at 2AM the night before and had done a lot the next morning so I was wiped and Rusty was pale and phlegmy. We loaded out gear and ended up just going home on the fly.

The best part about that Rusty photo is that he is wearing a Weekend Nachos shirt, too, so if you don't know the band, he's just going nuts for some Nachos.

We accidentally took home a Sonor cymbal stand that wasn't ours. There's probably a pretty upset drummer from yesterday. Anyone know who's this is? I want to get it back to them. Apart from that, the show was fun as hell.

To me it looked like Accursed had the biggest crowd of the night. BP and Defeatist were both amazing.
I'd never heard Despoilment but they were really cool. The first time the drummer hit that snare, I think I reflexively ducked.

Guitarist/singer of Black Pyramid reminds me a lot of Jax, the main character on Sons of Anarchy. The resemblance is very loose, but his style of talking is practically identical.
