Former IRON MAIDEN singer Paul Di'Anno will perform the band's classic self-titled debut album in its entirety for the first time ever in the USA plus select cuts from "Killers" during his upcoming tour in December/January. Support on the trek will come from Pittsburgh traditional metallers ICARUS WITCH.

I like the two first Maiden albums the best, but Paul Di'Anno singing those albums with a backup band isn't exactly Maiden, is it? Perhaps it's the next best thing, but I'm not so sure...

That first Battlezone record is amazing, and probably the most underrated record ever. People who didn't like Iron Maiden ignored it because they though it would sound like Iron Maiden. Maiden fans ignored it because it didn't sound like Iron Maiden. I would shit a brick if he played that in it's entirety.
