Disabilities advocates are applauding Congress for passing legislation that eliminates the term "mental retardation" from federal laws.
The measure, passed by the House by voice vote Wednesday night, changes the phrase "mentally retarded" to "an individual with an intellectual disability" in existing health, education and labor law.
Too vague. An "individual with an intellectual disability" could have Down Syndrome or dyslexia. Poor employees of the educational system that have to deal with yet another nuisance in their day-to-day.
This politically correct nonsense is really starting to irritate me.
shut up you nigger queer jew lover

The average person wouldn't go out of their way to support an idiot, I dunno why we keep coming up with these laws that support people who are a step down on the evolutionary scale from idiots.
