That school can go fuck itself. They were a public school but were trying to do an end run around equal protection under the law; apparently they wanted to cancel prom when they found out someone gay was going to come, but since they couldn't do that legally, they kept the prom but told everyone not to go and instead go to a different prom. WTF?
Who the fuck cares? Let everyone go to the same prom. Prom fucking sucks and I never went anyway, but when you have multiple proms just to stick it to people just to protect backwater bucktoothed prejudices, that's way stupider even than going to prom.
Let the school pay out the ass. They CLEARLY don't intend to spend that money educating anybody if they're pulling this ignorant shit.
