i've been in need of someone to finish shading something for me and can't find anything that isn't way out of my price range. anyone know anyone who's decent, and that doesn't work at some overpriced shop in hipstertown?

how come there are no good tattoo artists. 90 percent of the "good" ones in New England just draw goofy comic book looking art.
