My radio station is having an outdoor concert all day. Then a dance party outside. Hope it will be good, but I have never seen one of these done by anyone not fail.

There was a synth poppy rock band at first called girls are the fashion. They had really nice sounding sythns from a laptop. Reminded me of something you would here from keep alive. They did a bunch of terrible iPod commercial rock songs. Maybe it was only one, but one is too many.

Some jam band is on now

The band that is on now has a full organ. There was another hippie band that did covers of rusta-y songs. Beautiful day to have the dogs out in a field.

weather channel prog metal? I want to hear that!

you know, the kind of metal they would play on the weather channel. i completely underestimated the number of people who would be wearing blankets as clothing.

man, thast band was the lesser knowns. not the lesser evils.

Anyhow, geoff useless (aka one of the guy from the Guts.. aka the guy that takes your money at the friendly toast) played some interesting music.

then dan blakeslee played to end out the day. I haven't seen dan blakeslee play any where besides on the street since around 1997. He moved to boston and now can be seen singing/guitaring in the boston subways. He does all his own art and once you see it, when every you see it around boston you will know it. This dude is not just my best friend, he's everyone's best friend, including you. Cool seeing him with a band. that;s something new for me. The drummer was from Tan Vampires (shot a weekago). Also it's awesome when Portsmouth's very own troubadour comes to roost. I completely miss this dude playing in portsmouth streets all the time.
