im starving. i will also admit until moonsorrow hit the stage, i was thinking of primordial. oops. the drummer of moonsorrow is so good. he was the highlight of the band imho. well, that and all the crowd surfing. that was fairly redick. i do see mark (BNM on WSCA) right in the from. the amount of crowd surfing was wild.

btw: i think that crowd surfing should be limited to guys over 200lbs and girls under 100lbs. those always have the most hilarious results.

a girl in the front (might have been yeti) just tickled the finntroll singer in the stomach as he was singing. hilarious. no crowd surfing yet for finntroll and onły bornofosichris stagedived.

haha. definitely a fun show. lots of not-so-into-moshing metal nerds there who were less than thrilled about me jumping on their heads but oh well. ate shit pretty hard at one point. my organs may or may not be ruptured. all in all a very fun show. swallow the sun were a bit of a snooze but as soon as moonsorrow came on people woke the fuck up.

Uggg so many faggots at the show. Moonsorrow was awesome, finntroll was sleepy. I think my girlfriend and I looked at eachother at the same time and agreed never to go to a show again unless it was something awesome. Not worth the money to have sweaty dudes rub against you all night I could go to fran's place if I wanted that.

but again, moonsorrow was awesome, I was thinking with their 90 minute songs and such they would be the boring one...but damn...finntroll just put me to sleep

this was awesome, who gives a shit about the crowd. it sucks that people worry so much about the other people in attendance that it ruins the show for them. the crowd makes me laugh, no one has any idea how to handle the front. constantly fighting against everyone around them, why even go to the show if you are only going to pay attention to the people around you? i love being so tall because everyone around me bitches and complains. i had a blast at this, Moonsorrow was way better than the last time they played, all except the main vocalist. his voice was flat and dry, and he looked like Linda Blair after getting possessed. the vocal harmonies sounded awesome, they really cut through. Finntroll was awesome too, they played for a long time, and played a lot of songs from Midnattens Widunder. overall i have no complaints, you people need to stop worrying so much about everyone else.

i'm with yeti. i stopped caring about other people at shows a long time ago. i used to let it bother me but now i just tune them out. i don't care if douchebags like the bands i like or invade the shows i attend. as long as i'm there with my friends and i get to see good performances from bands i like, it's a fun time.

Moonsorrow was AWESOME. I was flailing around air drumming around the bar their whole set. I could have watched them for hours. Their drummer fucks with white people clapping at shows everywhere. Finntroll played the same song 10 times but that demo song they did and the first song of one of their recent albums stood out.

I've seen far worse crowds...do you expect 100 copies of yourself at every show you go to?
