LOL at the title. drifters sucked. |
i'm tempted to go to this, my mom works with the father of the drummer for Vanna. |
GO TO THIS SHOW IF YOU WANT TO THROW DOWN |
dude i got my 9th grade straight edge when legends die tee, and my copy of "We've Been Holding Back" ready to go. So fucking pumped gonna see all my drifters buddies. |
was drifters that place in nashua? |
i agree, that place did suck. |
Cafe Eclipse had some way better shows than Drifters ever had. |
annoying that AL4W is on gay shows like this. |
i want to go since I've gotten shots of OLN's singer's trip through puberty. |
best thing about drifters to me what when the owner told us we werent getting paid for a show that drew like 50 kids about 3 hours from home because it was a benefit show. i thought that was a bit odd since i never knew it was a benefit show. when i asked him what the benefit was for he began to explain how much it was going to cost him to comply to new city rules for fire safety. he was super christian too. fuck that dude. |

damn. Them's fightin words. |
He banned The Summoned from ever playing shows in any of his venues because one of our shirt designs has demons on it and we refused to not sell it at shows. Yet at that same show that he found out about those shirts I heard him swearing at some kid outside who was like 16 years old (openly saying it) and threatening to kick his ass while his daughters were standing right there, this being the guy that wouldn't even allow a single "damn" being said in his venue.
IMO, it's just another promoter who's doing it very wrong. |
I just hated him because he would never let anyone leave and come back in. Its like, how fucking hard is it to stamp someones hand? |
I saw love lost but not forgotten on their last tour and as i lay dying on their first tour at drifters. I have no beefs. |
That's the sad thing is they did stamp hands, they just didn't want people going back and forth for whatever reason, when technically if you own a venue or something like that (this is what I've heard, I could be wrong) you're supposed to have a designated smoking section in which people who paid to get in may come and go as they please as long as they don't leave the premises. Like I said I could be wrong because I don't see such an area at the palladium ever.
Drifters hating thread: Ready, set...go. |

drifters was cool minus the religion thing |
