This would be a huge show in Boston.
I wonder how it'll do in Holyoke.

Western Mass has a pretty good hc scene.

I'd actually like to go to this. No dice though.

Hey, Rev... would you be a dove and mention to Scott that thing I mentioned to you at Cannabis Corpse? Cracker isn't getting back to me.

xo

and replied with his top secret new email.

xsurvivex was great cause it almost sounded like 100 demons covers.

steel nation sounded excellent, but with the 2 songs being bound to the stage by mic stages and guitar/bass, it was a little hard for the crowd to connect with them. there were a couple dancers and a few songs opened up the already widely opened floor. they reminded me of integrity meets a little of B4B. i expect i will really like their CD.

i thought this was going to be a wicked early show since i only heard rise and fall and db4d, but it looks longer since forfeit and shoot to kill are still playing. 3 more bands.

rise and fall rule. their set was all new stuff so i think that's why most people just stood with their hands folded. the new CD is wicked good.

forfeit was pretty much all sorts of awesome. their #1 fan got the boot after knocking down the PA stage left. it landed about 2" behind my backpack. i would have cried. people in western mass love this band.

shoot to kill was sort of a bonus. i didnt hear their name at first and thought they canceled. bonus. the set was more funny then anything else since they kept awkwardly stopping and there were plenty of songs where everyone just stood there. still, the new CD rules so the songs that people liked, they really got into. the most awkward thing about this whole show is that there is a space in the middle of the floor big enough for my shildhood house to fit in that everyone is leaving open for "the mosh". you could seriously fit 5 families of 4 in there and there line dancing and there would still be plenty of room for all the moshers. weird...

im pretty sure that death before dishonor hit the stage as the most flamable band ever. they smelled like my uncle who used to drink 12oz glasses of straight gin at family functions. I got the impression of the "wooooh ooooooh ooooooh" of FFF but done by buddies who are hugging and crying like drunken people do some times. My days like that usually start with drinking something normal and ends with you puking orange and kiwi MD20/20 into a strangers toilet while crying. Good times. But back to the show. This single dbd set was a impressive feat. Some how, they finished the set, finished everyone's drinks that came anywhere near the stage, and most importantly to them, finished their tour. It was also pretty impressive that it took 1/2 the set before anyone fell prey to the stage pits @ the waterfront. First frankie rolled over them just fine.... But Brian wasnt so lucky and seemed to hurt himself. He did finish the set after a few minute breather. Now as i look at the 2:14 remaining on my gps, i cant help but think that there are a lot of people who are going to wake up with a headache in the morning

Did Creatures drop? I saw them back in June and was impressed.
