Well i stayed at his band practice room for 2 nights back in 2006. I wanted to kill him and throw him down the stairs then. All he did was drink vodka out of a gatorade bottle and blow up his cats asshole and talk a bunch of shit to me. He was a diabetic/alcoholic. What do you expect? To me he was a wanna be that never made it anywhere but his nice distro metal store. Now that i look back it was funny, but hes a fucking asshole. I guess thats what he wanted to be. He put out what 3 albums and a split in 15-20 goddamn years! His own band hated his fatass.

1997 and 1998 had the best Milwaukee Metalfests thanks to him.

I got hate hammered with the Deck at the shitty show I put on at Jarrods back in 02, plus got obliterated with him and his cronies in hotels during Milwaukee metalfests. he was always cool to me. I built the first official Anal Blast site. It sucked, but at least there was one. he was to fat and drunk to do it himself.

Don took a dump in the armageddon shop bathroom (this was back when they were in town for St. Patty's Day) and I'll never forget it. It was about 18"s of solid "haggis" as Don called it. Fucking thing was bigger than Bono!
Maybe he just loved the area and the shows I booked cause he was extremely gracious and humble to me, hooking it up with tons of merch and distro gear.
But yeah, it always blew my mind that he got a transplant while my boy Wayne Knupp died a horrible excuriating death from the same cause. That's just the way it is...

That said I would like to say that Decker was a complex person, there are alot of people that really don't like him and have good reason not to like him. However, there are many people who loved and respected him as well. Talking shit about him now does nothing to help and only hurts the people who are still around that cared about him. He cannot defend himself anymore so stop attacking him. If you are happy he is gone, keep it to yourself and don't bring sorrow to the people who cared about him, they probably never did anything bad to you.
