My 12 year old son has autism, so anyone donating to this organization, or any autism charity/organization is cool. I have given some coin to these guys. Hope you add it to your list!
Horizons for Homeless Children: Based all across Mass, they build playrooms/playgrounds for homeless kids, and train volunteers to play with the kids 2-3 times a week.
I worked for them when I was in the Americorps before college, FANTASTIC cause to support, and I still volunteer in worcester on tuesdays.

Boston's Home for Little Wanderers. It's a home for physically and sexually abused kids. I've been donating to them for years.
