I'm partial to one of the many times I saw cephalic carnage this summer. Those guys are pretty sick.
Also, the performance by Commit Suicide last spring at Club Exit 23 totally blew me away. Er... then there was that Dillinger show... Arch Enemy.. Vehemence... Hate Eternal.. Impaled.. Love Lost but not forgotten.. Hypocrisy.. Decapitated.. Bleeding Through

damn, that's hard now that I think about it.
I added up all the concerts I went to in the passed few years for this site:
2000 = 9
2001 = 11
2002 = 50+
sort of hard to pin it down to just one show when I saw so many awesome performances.

i forgot about the DEP show that was fucking amazing (new singer old singer same singer who can tell) also Public Enemy was a such a fun show but to anyone that saw AWK this year you know what im saying when i say show of the year couple other good ones were Unearth's Skatefest set KSE in Providence (with Howie) great time so many good shows this year i must say i was pleased almost all of them and the ones i wasnt pleased with i probably shouldnt have been at

Hands down, the best band Ive seen this year was Decapitated at the Met, all I saw was hair flying everwhere, and people going nuts, plus unbelieveable sound, In Flames at Lupos was great as well.
