that's the best criterion in the post. there are way too many elitist douchebags around here. i don't tolerate that shit in my band and i'm glad tyag isn't interested in tolerating it either. |

I'd do it minus the car and job thing. and the foot thing. |
that gammer mistake someone else at WUNH did yesterday.
making fun of someone else's grammer. |
Hey Ill do it, I dont know where my band is going at this point, It seems as though my drummer is trying out for darken the sky, theres no doubt that hell get the gig, I dont care if I have to drive an hour Ill do this shit. Ive been playing for nine years, got pro gear, a good car, a job, and time to commit to a band. My influences, are somewhere along the lines of, at the gates, cryptopsy, goat whore, black dahlia murder, slayer, the haunted, cephalic carnage, glass casket, the red chord, dying fetus, god forbid, cannibal corpse, and today is the day, I know its a mix but trust me I play everything. |
it takes me an hour to get to practice and i live a half hour or so from the NH border on 95 |
so your implying its too far, an hour....an hour and a half ... I really dont care |
exhumed, they are also nothing like any of the influences you listed. |

we are sort of in a way like Cephalic Carnage. but only slightly. mp3's of our material can be downloaded right off this site in the live music section. |
yeah I realize that my influences probably don't match up. To be honest with you I wasnt really into the music, But Im always willing to try something different. You guys seem more like a grind sludge band than anything and thats really not my deal. I was just offering to try out, not asking to have a spot in the band. |

Yeah its completeluy understandable. Were not everyones fav. not typical and sludge is part of us but not completely. |
you guys got music written down to help quicken the process of learning your songs? what tuning do you guys use |
they play either drop C, or drop B I think. Spalding? |
gross, that's total noodle action, especially on a 6 stringer.
b std. is low enough as i go anything lower is almost inaudible in the mix of a complete band. |
RustedAngel said:
Nah, they get pretty inaudible (Particularly live). |
not when you bust out 7 string strings on a 6 string. its only one step down for my B string ;) |
Mortician are the most audible band ever, I can understand every note they play, especially live. G flat is a good tuning! If you want to sound like a sack of shit rotating in a dishwasher! |

you can't really hear bass live at all, especially if your shredding on a bass... you hear bass, but obviously induvidual notes are not really audible obviously.
you could be playing anything and no one would really notice. |
i do dropped A flat on the 6th for some shit but we pretty much
are b-e-a-d-g-b (all flat) for most songs
i use 014 strings i think were audiable live |
17.) must steal other bands girlfriends
18.) must look like jim bruer with down syndrome |
hey exhumed, do i know you? is your drummer by any chance goner? if he is than you know me, but i still don't know you...crazy. |
yea, it is goner. i sing. |
