I do though. I will let you know, as I have in the past. I find bootleggers all the time. One guy in Istanbul is actually selling what he calls bootlegs of Nile, Cradle Of Filth etc., and all they are are Kazae rip offs. I tell you what Karl Sanders was fuckin pissed when he found out.Bootlegs without the artists permission is just plain fucked up..period.

I don't think audio bootlegs are such a big deal. The artist gets credit for them, and when was the last time you or anyone you know thought, "Nah, I don't think I am gonna go to this concert, I will just get a bootleg of it later." Unless the material is going to be used on a live album, there's not really anything wrong with recording it for personal use or trading. Selling them is pretty immoral though.

I e-mailed him. he said he didn't remember taking the pictures from my site. and offered to take them down.

I told him he should have just asked and he's got a lot of other pictures on there from other photographers, not crediting them either. though he credits the sound guy and all the musicians.

so what is he going to do?

You know what they did to a guy on the Nile sight who was selling bootlegs etc..They got a hold of all the record company's , photographers and anyone else and gave them his e-mail address and let them take care of him.You should contact some of the other photographers and let them know, if you want. It's just a thought.

Yeah, selling bootlegs is no good. But I second succubus's question.
