The above mentions knowing when your lady (assuming you fuck on the reg) is ovulating. Steer clear of those few days and that'll bring your percentage on par with condoms if this is all correct.

If your lady doesn't know when she's egg dropping, tell her to look it up. I avoided being pregnant for almost 10 years knowing that, and got pregnant the first try because I knew that. It's good to know.

Rev seems to think that this method is 100% fallible, but i disagree. i mean its not perfect by any means, you have to have ultimate control, and even then a little bit can leak out. But for those out there that won't use a condom, this is certainly a way to significantly lower your chances.
