What the History Channel people need to do is make an occult/unexplained/ufo channel. It would filter out all the stuff they show on the "history" channel. Too many UFO shows on a channel supposedly covering history.

Well, MillenialKingdom, as a huge fan of science fiction, I'm appalled at their attempt at trying to make the word "hip." NatGeo was shortened for the sole reason of shortening it, but changing a simple word "SciFi" into "SyFy" is just plain stupid. It's a big smack in the face for traditional science fiction fans and the subculture it has created. SciFi and "hip" have never really fell into the same column. As with the mid-to-late 70s and early 80s, though, I think a SciFi boom is about to happen. (Thanks to StarTrek, Comic Book Movies, and the like)
