I saw something about this breaking some very old records for low temperature and amount of rain for June in Mass. One record was set in 1908 and the other was all the way back to the 1880s.

Supposedly the US is in posession of some device that can control the weather, to an extent. It was researched and funded in Los Alamos in the 1960s and 70s. The Nazis were working on some sort of weather device as well.

i've seen planes over and over again shooting out chemicals on clear days and then it rains for three days straight. i can tell the difference between a continuous contrail from water crystalization and a cloud of pollutants and stops and starts back up every couple miles.
