I always figured if i wanted to go with Line 6 live, i could just bring my lap top and my line 6 toneport and plug in direct with a DI. Does an actual line 6 head get much better then that? I dont know, but that sure would be a lot less luggage to carry.

Line6 products have a very sucky resale value.

yea the resale for any line 6 sucks i just paid so much for it it that i kind of screwed myself what do u guys think a good price for the head and cab would be cause i really just need to get rid of it

just a word of advice.

Don't ask people what they think would be a fair price. Do like you're doing and set a price about what you're likely to get (as you're doing) and say "or best offer."

If you let the peanut gallery sway you, you'll probably take a bigger loss.

Also, people rarely buy anything on this site. Craigslist or ebay (especially) give you a much better. Though ebay has an entirely different selling strategy.

The cabs aren't bad -- I still play out of a Line 6 slant and straight even though I fired my Flextone II head. Keep the cab, sell the head. See if you can get $600 for it like Nicc said above.

I kept my Flextone head since I knew I wouldn't get shit for it.

but yeah...like metalguy said, it's really tough to sell used Line6 stuff.

i have that head, and have had it for years. i dont care what the haters say, its a solid head that does the job. don't get me wrong, i would love to get a "real" head but that does just fine.
