the b pillar daimond plat vynils come right off, and so would the zebra skin in the interior, but I would hope they remain there for hilarity purposes.

toggletoggle post by sxealex   at Mar 16,2009 6:33pm

i kinda want another Cherokee... things fuckin rule

toggletoggle post by immortal13 at Mar 16,2009 6:42pm
I took my blazer (98, 2 door) mudding yesterday to test my new mud tires, and the things are fucking pristine. Besides, mud is a good color for it.

toggletoggle post by sxealex   at Mar 16,2009 6:50pm
like 5-6 years ago I had a jeep Cherokee sport 2wd... 5sp it was 200 bucks cuz the front was all smashed up. Anyway it was the most fun I have ever had in a car... I got it 3 feet in the air many times. If you drive at a 1ft curb fast enough it kinda "ollies" over it. The clutch went and I sold it for 50 bucks... but the girl never payed me so I still have the title O.o.

toggletoggle post by niccolai   at Mar 16,2009 7:25pm edited Mar 16,2009 7:34pm
yea, tires are almost to the wear bar. tires will roast into 3rd gear.

clutch works, but the pressure plate is worn, so you gotta pull the clutch up manually with your foot or tap it till it comes up. Still completely drivable, just a headache if you're in heavy traffic for extended periods of time. if it's too much of a hassle, just pay the 200 bucks for the clutch.

It could also be the clutch cable, which I just bought new one, just haven't put it in yet.

toggletoggle post by niccolai   at Mar 16,2009 7:26pm
also got 4 inch lift/lowering blocks for it.

toggletoggle post by niccolai   at Mar 16,2009 7:33pm
and yea it's 2wd.

s10 platform.

the isuzu pickups made after 91 are all American made on S10 platforms with rodeo body panels.

make an offer. I need money to further hotrod my VR6

toggletoggle post by rotivore at Mar 19,2009 3:37pm
how many miles per gallon this get? is it sold yet?

toggletoggle post by DYA NLI at Mar 19,2009 3:39pm
How do you get the pictures onto the computer?

toggletoggle post by immortal13 at Mar 19,2009 5:11pm
Lift/lowering blocks? So which is it? Would that be to lift it or lower it? Cuz I'm all about lifted trucks son.

toggletoggle post by niccolai   at Mar 19,2009 5:49pm
yea I still have it.

I get at least 30 MPG thats virtually all stop and go traffic on rt 139.

That would improve with a decent set of spark plugs. I just have cheapo denzo plugs in there now.

the blocks can be put on either side of the leaf springs to lift or lower the truck.

where is the truck? what town?

If it's something wrong with the OBD plug theres nothing I can do. You plug the inspection computer into it and if it doesn't work properly, the machine will fail it reguardless of what the inspector does.

toggletoggle post by immortal13 at Mar 20,2009 3:12pm
You can always scan it into the computer, and then run your emissions computer through a different car's DLC (that doesn't have a problem obviously). I did that once before to get my co-workers car to pass even though his check engine light is on with like 6 codes. It actually worked too, because we scanned it into the system as his corolla and ran my 98 blazer through it and it went through fine.

And that's my story of the day.

toggletoggle post by niccolai   at Mar 20,2009 3:31pm edited Mar 20,2009 3:32pm
That would have worked before Parsons took over MA inspections in November.

OBDii scans scan the VIN and everything. I would get absolutely fucked if i tried doing that under the new system.

toggletoggle post by niccolai   at Mar 20,2009 3:33pm
Hell, you didn't even haveto run the blazer afterwards. You could have just turned the computer off during the emmissions test and turned it back on and it would print a good sticker.

toggletoggle post by immortal13 at Mar 20,2009 3:52pm
