I do sometimes. Jonah does. You could. Hit up Midway Cafe about a Saturday or Sunday matinee, they're all ages (bar w/ ID). Otherwise that 45 Mt. Auburn space in Harvard Square, rooms at colleges if you can track 'em down, etc. |

it would be nice to not have the show be all metal core and such .. i want variety i'd have you guys probably 3rd of 5-6 bands that way you get lots of exposure at the show and people will watch you if they havent heard of you |

my scene would eat you alive! i'm starting to book my may /june shows now. I'm trying to find another solid venue in the dover/rochester area.. not easy. I like doing all ages shows too.. i get like 100+ kids at my all ages shows at the brick

if all goes well this summer i plan to do a 2 day long metal fest outdoors hopefully .. if not out doors then maybe at the rochester opera house and have crazy face melting marathon |

Its not that hard to get people out for matinee shows at Midway. I mean, its probably smaller then O'Briens so like 60-75 people feels pretty packed.
That 45 Mt. Auburn space is hit or miss. I heard that show with Defeatist and Tombs did shitty a couple weeks ago. I dunno, we've played mixed-bill shows that were packed and real crazy. Usually helps to have at least a few DIY punk bands on the bill (but there's enough crust bands around to keep things on the heavy side) since those are the people who mostly go to shows there. Its kind've a process to rent that place out (not expensive, just annoying), but if I do anything there down the road I'll definitely get you guys on it. |
