Tour dates w/Bayside, Set Your Goals & VERSE

New Found Glory, Epitaph and Bridge Nine are proud to announce the first in two vinyl collaborations to celebrate the upcoming New Found Glory album Not Without A Fight in stores March 10th (Epitaph doing CDs & Digital, Bridge Nine handling vinyl).

This 7" single is a one-time pressing and it's available now at http://B9store.com/newfoundglory or http://B9store.com/vinyl

RELEASE DETAILS

This 7" is a one-time pressing. The single features the song "Listen To Your Friends" on the A-side and the instrumental on the b-side. The packaging is an embossed gold foil cover with a 12"x18" poster exclusive to this release. The download card included is provided by Epitaph and Shockhound so we will not have a download.

VINYL AVAILABLE
The million dollar question on the VC board is as follows.

We have something for all three types of people who want this release.

1)"I Am A Collector-I Need EVERY VERSION"

"Listen To Your Friends" Limited Edition 4-Pack-$18

This is for the person who just wants every version out there in one stop. This features a limited quantity of 1 of each- Hot Topic's exclusive color, the red and blue "normal" variants, and the "surprise" or "rare" or "friends" or "mystery"-whatever the one all of the band, Epitaph, Bridge Nine employees and friends gets. It's not a random inclusion. It's a one-click answer to "I want every copy of this and I need it now!"

B9store.com/newfoundglory Stop Reading NOW!

2)"I Don't NEED all 4 Copies-I'll just Get One or Two Copies"

"Listen To Your Friends" on Red or Blue vinyl-$5

If you're just looking for this EP and don't want to a) Go to a store or b) worry about it not being available locally, problem solved.

3)"I just want one copy-and I don't like ordering online-I'll go to Hot Topic or Newbury or my normal store

If you are one of the old-school peoples who still leave your house for record shopping, next Tuesday, you'll be able to get this 7" single. The good people at Hot Topic have an exclusive color (Translucent white) of which we have a very limited supply for sale. Hot Topic's shipment will also have red and blue in there as will other indie stores nationally. There's a very limited supply out there (only about 1/3 of the press) but check with your local store or local Hot Topic to see if they're getting it.

Keep posted here, Myspace.com/NewFoundGlory, or Epitaph.com for details on the pending karaoke contest. Expect free stuff that will make your personal episode of American Idol singing to "Listen To Your Friends" into a webcam totally worth it. And Not Without A Fight is EXACTLY five weeks away.

New Found Glory "Not Without A Fight 2009" Tour-w/VERSE, Set Your Goals & Bayside

New Found Glory has announced their first tour in support of their album Not Without A Fight in intimidating form. Six weeks. Full North American Tour. Stops at Bamboozle.
And they're bringing VERSE with them. Weird? If by weird you mean, "really good choice to open the tour with Set Your Goals and Bayside" then we couldn't agree more. We think it's just indicative that NFG has good taste and Verse is a good band that garners recognition from people who want to bring them on tour.

mm. I like the B9 thing they put out. NFG has always had an obvious hardcore influence even in their most pop-punkish times. Glad they've embraced it. The singer also sounds like WAY less of a douchebag now.

Chad (guitar) was Shai Hulud's original singer, so that's where that comes from.

Since they put out "The Tip of The Iceberg" on B9 and those kids actually took the time to listen to their earlier material. which is an awesome balance between popish music and hardcore.

Also, the security here there is fucking awesome. I hit one of the security guys in near the pit like 5 times rather hard not know he was well, a security guard. He just grabbed me and told me to calm down. Any other venue and i would have been on the street.

toggletoggle post by KeynoteCompany  at May 1,2009 11:20pm
Seriously House of Blues and their security were awesome.
The show on the other hand... wasn't that great.

toggletoggle post by Martins   at May 1,2009 11:55pm
Pits at NFG shows? What has this world come to?

toggletoggle post by ouchdrummer   at May 2,2009 12:10am
we'll see how nice security is on Tuesday. I plan on losing my mind during Cattle Decap.... and i will really tear some shit up Friday for Etta James. Gospel Mosh FTFW!

oh my gay god!
