It got settled somehow.
Viacom wanted more $$$, Time-Warner didn't want to pay. It wouldn't have been permanent, I'm sure.

i saw the message about this scrolling at the bottom of all the channels, i thought it was a prank or something.
i don't even have time warner cable.

I have TWC for TV and Internet... I'd gladly scrap the TV in a second though.
