I got cubase LE and a Presonus Firestudio....just wondering if anyone is familiar with guitar interfaces/modeling software i can use with it. im eyeing the Line6 toneport but you need to buy the interface to use the software and it wasnt getting the greatest reviews....

wondering if anyone knew a program i can use (the presonus has instrument ins) with cubase that can model amps, cabs, effects etc. w/o getting an interface, or if anyone has or have used the line6 usb interfaces. i like the amps and cabs they model, thats a huge feature but dont know shit about their products

thanks everyone.

Cubase LE sucks, there is a reason they give it to you for free. Presonus, however makes great stuff that works with any DAW except ProTools. If you are on a Mac, I recommend Logic Pro; Great program that comes stock with a shit-ton of FX plugins, including a very good amp modeling one. If you are on a PC, the newest version of Sonar is pretty sick as well, and has comparable features.
