I got an offer to do a show one night a month in Boston (18+) with $6-$7 covers. What do people think about doing something like this?

YES, but I really think part of the money should go to you for doing the site and photos and shit.

And you have to be really careful that the show is inclusive, otherwise it will appear you're playing favorites, taking sides, excluding people, blah blah. Right now you shoot everyone and let anyone on here, so it feels very open to the community. With A show, you have to limit it to four bands a month, so...

3-5 bands x 10 months (cause shit happens) = 38 bands.
I don't even have 38 friends.
but if I do this, I would get 38 bands x 3-5 members = 100+ friends ftw

Granted there are tons of awesome metal/hardcore bands from isreal

I don't think playing favorites will be a problem. Even if he does, oh well. Good bands are good.

I feel this could be almost Metal Thursday-like where you switch up who's playing every month and repeat bands too often. This could be really really reallllllly cool.
