The Wraths of time ep was released on FMP. Night-mare (guitarist) is Jon's brother, indeed. Heh, I don't think Jon wanted to RIP, hopefully he descended the Kliffot shells.

the only one I don't have is Wraths of Time. Postmortem Tales, Deathraider and especially Moribund Transgoria all rock like hell. I used to have a fucking KILLER shirt of this:

most of Swordmaster's stuff is from my favorite era of Osmose Productions. In the late 90s, after they'd put out all of the rep-establishing 'kvlt' classics, that label was like the Troma of underground metal, with all these hastily signed trashy, cheesy acts that just ruled. Dellamorte, Demoniac, Swordmaster, Bewitched, all killer.

As far as USBM goes, Absu wins. Tara was released in 2001 if I remember correctly, and that album destroys a fair majority of other metal put out then and now.

As far as USBM goes, it was never as good as other countries' stuff, but there's been great bands here and there. I personally think USBM is on the rise though..

All Absu rules, but I think they outdid themselves with Tara. I mentioned that album as an example of good USBM that came out around the time frame The Rev gave.

There is good BM everywhere, but in the end Norway and Sweden can't be beat.

Tara's killer, but Third Storm of Cythraul is my favorite Absu, and another one of the best black/thrash attacks ever. Another classic from that awesome period of Osmose.
